Coping with anger and other strong emotions is challenging. In this workshop we’ll explore ways of noticing anger before it gets out of hand along with techniques to cool the flames.

In this class, we’ll learn mindfulness tools that can help us quiet our busy minds and also help us get into bed with a clearer mind so that we can fall asleep faster and have a much more restful night.
