Fashion Pattern Making & Sewing Course
Looking to enhance your sewing skills or design and make your own garments? Our fashion pattern making & sewing course will give you the techniques and tools to create your own designs and turn them into a reality.
In this course, you will learn the principles and practice various creative techniques that you can use to create your own garments beyond the course.

Access to Further Studies
Using their outcome portfolios, students can apply to specialisation courses (e.g. jewellery design and making, fashion design, fashion styling, drawing & sketching techniques, draping & pattern making, etc.), postgraduate courses or Masters Programs.
Upon full registration, students will be issued a course pack of course guiding material and readings.
The course material is in English. Class discussions will be held in both English and Arabic.
Qualifications required for enrolment
There are no prerequisites for this diploma.
This Fashion Pattern Making Course is the perfect opportunity for fashion students and potential fashion students who want to gain new skills and improve their portfolio, as well as for anyone interested in fashion and garment making who would like to play with fabrics. No previous pattern making experiences or sewing skills are required.

Applicants must be 16 years and above.
Applicants must have a high to intermediate level of English in order to enrol in the program.
Participants will receive their certificates of Course Completion only if they have:
• Attended 75% of the total hours required
• Completed 75% of the class exercises and take-home assignments
• Completed and submitted their final project if any, with approval of the session leader
80% refund of paid amount 10 days before first day of course
50% refund of paid amount 5 days before first day of course
100% non-refundable 5 days before first day of course
Course Materials and Supplies
Required materials for laboratories will be provided, while other materials will have to be purchased by students at their own expenses.
Courses that do not reach the minimum number of confirmed participants may be cancelled. If a course is cancelled, the student will be notified by telephone or email and will have the option to select another course or request a full refund of all fees paid.
