From **October 8th to 11th**, Giulio Piazzi joins ÉLA for a journey into **Contact Improvisation** — exploring touch, gravity, weight sharing, balance, and embodied listening.

This workshop is an invitation to approach movement as an open research rather than a fixed technique. Through solo, partner, and group practices, we'll explore how touch can become a form of communication and how movement can emerge through dialogue with ourselves and others.

**You'll explore:**
• Body awareness and efficient movement
• Trusting gravity and falling safely
• Weight sharing with a partner
• Balance, momentum, and spatial awareness
• Collective improvisational movement

No previous dance experience is required.
**Beginners and movers of all levels are welcome.**
