Tribal Grooves ™ is an exciting and invigorating new dance format using Gypsy Caravan Tribal Bellydance® to activate your body, mind, and spirit! We move with non-stop, high-powered blood pumping moves combined with sweetly sensual and slow circular, feminine patterns, using body isolations with some improvisation, lead and follow, and choreographed dances. We dance to worldly exotic, stimulating music and contemporary tunes to raise the energy and momentum and get your groove on!

Join Sienna who is qualified in Tribal Grooves ™ Teacher Training Levels 1 & 2.

This class is suitable for dancers who want to expand their repertoire of GCTB moves.

Expansion of the dance to achieve accomplishment!

Great also for Tribal Zest dancers who want to dance 2 times per week.

For beginners, to get some of the basic moves into your body, I recommend the 5 week Emergence course with me first.
