Join us SUNDAY 30 NOVEMBER 

Where: Clifton Beach - Arlington Esplanade to Palm Cove & return 

Meeting point: More precise location will be added during the week but likely near or opposite the new Chill Beach Cafe - 87 Arlington Esplanade. 

Cafe afterwards: Details being confirmed and more information will be added here in coming days. Keep your eye out as we may require pre-orders for meals. 

Time: Arrive by 7:55am for 8:00am sharp start 

Bring: Your hat, sunscreen & waterbottle. Plus $$ for the cafe afterwards if you choose to join us there. 

We plan to walk to Palm Cove - as far as we all feel up to, before returning for coffee / cold drink/ snacks / breakfast afterwards.
This walk will be concreted flat ground mostly shaded with some areas of full sun. 

We usually walk around 1 hour - 1 1/2 hrs (4-8km) depending on how we all feel. 

**Note - Our walks are in different locations to share travel around and support different local cafes - usually more the northern side of Cairns** 



We try not to make the walks too difficult the majority of the time so that most people can come along, and we do a mixture of flat walks and some with a bit more incline / heart rate elevation. We are all about bringing people together for a healthy chinwag, not about exhausting ourselves & trying to break world records! It's more of some gentle exercise while making new friends in the great outdoors.

We appreciate if you respond 'Going' so that we can look out for you on the day and book accurately with the cafe/food & drink provider. This helps everyone and contributes to the group's success - thanks for understanding.

** Our walks are informal casual activities. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Each participant is responsible for judgement of own physical capacity / ability and involvement. Any expense incurred for refreshments afterwards is optional and between you and the providing vendor.
