Join us for our March Beginner Run Workshop!
If you have ever wanted to learn how to run correctly (and efficiently), this program is perfect for you! Suitable for those that are just starting their running journey, as well as those that have been running forever, but have never been shown exactly how to run!
Location: Studio A Health and Fitness
Date: Saturday 13th March 2021
Time: 12.30pm - 3.30pm
What to bring: Towel, water bottle, your phone and a yoga mat to lie on.
Please ensure you are wearing your runners, and comfortable running clothes.
This course will cover all things beginner running, including:
*Breaking down your running stride into four parts
*Common running weaknesses, and how to correct them
