Come and join us in the tropical Cairns for a day of social 4-a-side hockey. The teams, courts and games are smaller, but the atmosphere is certainly not.
This year we are looking to combine our 4's comp with a Lvl 1 reffing and coaching course.
From 9-1 on the Saturday participants will be able to select to attend a lvl reffing course or a coaching course.
The Reffing course will set you up to understand the rules of UWH and enable you to pull up and develop aspects of the game that are lacking at a club level as well as enabling you to ref at local and national competitions.
The coaching course will set you up to be able to introduce new skills and drills and strategies for local club participants so that the peoples skills improve thereby helping the game improve.
From 1-4 there will be the opportunity for players to learn and develop new skills on one court or play mixed games on the other court for our new ref's to ref.
this is a great opportunity for new and developing players to improve their skills and become better players.
On the Sunday you can take your new skills and show them off by winning the Warren Hugh's memorial 4's comp.
Visitors are always welcome.

Teams are random balanced so that no one gets spanked so keep an eye out for registrations.
