Women-Only Self Defence Class

This is for every woman who wants to feel safe when walking alone at night, travelling alone, and sadly, going about our everyday lives.

This Women's Self-Defense Class is about learning how to protect yourself, but also about standing firm in your boundaries, and moving through the world with more confidence.

we will have a class for 1 hour which we can then catch up over a coffee afterwards
