You might not think of yourself as a “business owner” yet, and that’s completely fine.Future Founder Sprint is a friendly, practical session for young adults aged 18-24 who want to explore what self-employment, freelancing or starting something small could look like in real life.This is not a formal classroom session. There are no long lectures, no pressure and no expectation that you already have everything figured out. It’s a chance to build confidence, talk through ideas, understand what people might pay for, and work out one realistic next step.Together, we’ll explore:What skills, strengths and ideas you already haveHow a hobby, talent or side hustle could become an offerSimple ways to test an idea safelyWhat selling online, freelancing, or trading could look likeBasic money confidence and pricingHow to talk about your idea with more confidenceWhat support is available nextYou’ll also have the option to access informal one-to-one support after the session, either online, by phone or in person. You’re welcome to bring a trusted person, support worker or someone who helps you feel more comfortable.By the end, you’ll leave with more confidence, a clearer idea of what might be possible, and one practical first step towards testing, launching or trading within the next 3-6 months.You don’t need a business plan. You don’t need all the answers.
