This little local hike will take you up Caerphilly Mountain, with 639m of elevation gain, without ever leaving your city comforts behind. Whether your love for adventure is big or small, this 8.5km route is perfect for meeting fellow explorers (and potential crushes 😉).

* Distance: 8.5km
* Level: Moderate
* Getting there: Hop on a train to Caerphilly, then either a 10-min bus ride or a 30-min scenic walk to the Caerphilly Mountain snack bar carpark.
