Parade 2026 "Sword, Juno, Gold"

ATTENTION PARTICIPATION SUR INSCRIPTION !!

À l’occasion des commémorations du Débarquement de Normandie, une grande parade de véhicules militaires et civils d’époque du D-Day(1944) se déroulera le vendredi 5 juin 2026, sur les secteurs historiques de Sword, Juno et Gold Beach.

Au départ du Camp Hillman à Colleville-Montgomery, un convoi exceptionnel de véhicules de collection, accompagnés de participants en tenues d’époque 1944, traversera plusieurs communes du littoral et de l’arrière-pays normand, offrant au public une immersion vivante et émouvante dans l’Histoire.
Organisée par Les Amis du Suffolk Régiment, en partenariat avec ACC Normandie, cette parade rend hommage aux soldats alliés ayant participé au Débarquement et à la Libération, tout en valorisant le patrimoine historique local.

• À partir de 18h30 : Exposition des véhicules sur le Camp Hillman de Colleville-Montgomery
• 20h00 : départ du convoi

Arrivée vers 21h30 à Creully-sur-Seulles, où le convoi sera accueilli par l’association ACC Normandie dans son camp reconstitué, situé autour du château médiéval.

Les horaires communiqués sont susceptibles de varier légèrement en fonction du déroulement du cortège.
Le public est invité à venir nombreux applaudir le convoi dans les communes traversées et à partager ce moment de mémoire, de transmission et de convivialité.

To commemorate the Normandy Landings, a grand parade of vintage military and civilian vehicles from D-Day (1944) will take place on Friday, June 5, 2026, on the historic sectors of Sword, Juno, and Gold Beaches.

Departing from Camp Hillman in Colleville-Montgomery, an exceptional convoy of vintage vehicles, accompanied by participants in 1944 period uniforms, will travel through several towns along the Normandy coast and inland, offering the public a vivid and moving immersion in history.

Organized by the Friends of the Suffolk Regiment, in partnership with ACC Normandie, this parade pays tribute to the Allied soldiers who participated in the Landings and the Liberation, while also showcasing local historical heritage.

• From 6:30 PM: Vehicle display at Camp Hillman in Colleville-Montgomery
• 8:00 PM: Convoy departs

Arrival around 9:30 PM Creully-sur-Seulles, where the convoy will be welcomed by the ACC Normandie association at its reconstructed camp, located around the medieval castle.

The times provided are subject to slight variations depending on the progress of the procession. The public is invited to come out in large numbers to applaud the convoy in the towns and villages along the route and to share this moment of remembrance, sharing, and fellowship.
