Brought to us by The Motley Misfits performance troop out of Lansing, Michigan, unleash your inner rhythm in this joyful movement-based workshop designed for adults of all ages and skill levels. Participants will learn the fundamentals of hula hoop dance, including beginner-friendly tricks, expressive movement, and how to flow with music. This class promotes fitness, self-expression, and coordination—all while having a blast. Come spin, sweat, and smile with us! Hoops provided.
