If you've experienced abuse, trauma, domestic violence, or a controlling relationship, you don't have to go through it alone.

I'm Dr. Rachel Floran of Lake Ray Hubbard Counseling, PLLC., a trauma and family therapist with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also served in the U.S. Army for 8 years as a Behavioral Health Specialist with combat experience and have spent my career helping individuals and families heal from difficult life experiences.

This is not a martial arts class. There is no exercise, no training, and no expectation that you participate in anything you're not comfortable with.

The purpose of this group is to provide a safe place for women to connect, share their experiences, learn new coping skills, and support one another in their healing journey.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are not allowed on the mat, so feel free to bring socks if you prefer.
