You’ve been showing up for yourself but feel stiff, inconsistent, or unsure what your body actually needs… this workshop will be the bridge between occasional workouts and creating a plan for consistency that focuses on YOUR individual needs.

This 90-minute, workshop is designed to help you understand your body and build a simple, realistic plan for strength and mobility. You will be given your own Guide &amp; Blueprint to take home and implement in studio, independently and online.

You won’t just follow along you’ll learn how to think about your training so you can stop guessing and start making progress with a well defined "why" behind movement patterns and how different practices will support you.

What You’ll Learn:

 - How strength, mobility, and recovery actually work together

 - Why your current routine may not be getting specific results

 - What your body specifically needs more of right now

 - How to structure your week without over complicating it

What We’ll Do:

 - Walk through simple movement checks that I implement with my private training clients (no pressure, no judgment)

 - Practice key strength and mobility exercises with guidance

 - Identify your personal focus areas

 - Build your own weekly training outline
