Slow Stitch Meditation Scroll Workshop – Stitching with Calm & Creativity 🧵✨

Take a pause from the busyness of life and join us for a mindful, creative workshop where you’ll discover the soothing art of making a Meditation Scroll.

Meditation Scrolls are hand-stitched strips of fabric, wrapped around wooden spools – like a fabric journal that tells your story through threads, scraps, and little treasures. With each slow, repetitive stitch, you’ll find yourself relaxing into a calm rhythm, creating something deeply personal and unique.

There are no rules here – just freedom, creativity, and gentle inspiration. Your scroll might include favourite fabric scraps, a meaningful button, a snippet of lace, or simply colours and textures you’re drawn to in the moment. Think of it as stitching your thoughts, feelings, or inspirations into a beautiful, tactile keepsake.

We’ll provide a lovely variety of fabrics, threads, and embellishments, but you’re also welcome to bring along your own special pieces to weave into your scroll. Whether you’re an experienced stitcher or completely new to sewing, this workshop is all about relaxation, connection, and the joy of making.

Come with an open mind, slow your stitches, and leave with a scroll that’s uniquely yours – a little piece of mindfulness you can hold in your hands.
