No Lights No Lycra Morayfield

You are welcome to come along and experience our No Lights No Lycra Morayfield "dancing in the dark" dance session. We dance in the dark because we can...and because it is fun.

We offer an inclusive and safe space for you to dance in the dark. You can dance however you want to and you can wear what you feel most comfortable dancing / exercising in - that's the "no lycra" bit.

No Judgement No Routines to learn No Pressure No Fuss - just music and dancing.

We welcome anyone from 12 years and upwards (under 18's must be accompanied by an adult).

It is 1 hour of non-stop dance music to suit all genres and ages. The music is a mix of styles from pop rock rock and roll disco funk jazz rap old favourites and new tunes - so a little bit of something for everyone. You can stop and have a drink of water (BYO water) or a breather at any time.

We change the playlist every week and you won't hear the same song in less than a 2-3 month period because we like to mix it up and keep it fresh. You can come by yourself or bring a friend (or two).
