Art of Rest Mini Retreat Caboolture BOOKED OUT

Just a few spots left for our popular mini retreat. Join us in the Supper Room at the Caboolture Memorial Hall.
Some slow flowing movement brings our awareness into our bodies and then another layer inward with a Shamanic body drumming before we drop into gentle postures supported with bolsters and blankets.
Guided meditations, breathwork and soothing touch along with blissful music and even some poetry helps our minds to drop down and into our deepest spaces grounded through body.

Doors open at 3pm and CLOSE at 3.15pm so please arrive on time to get settled.

We finish with some lovingly home made refreshments. ❤
