We are back with another edition of the 909 Throwdown! A fun and exciting Functional Fitness competition. Ready to throwdown!? Grab your partner and lets get to it. Format is teams of 2 (M/F), two divisions Rx and Scaled. (Standards will be posted).
Cash prize for Rx 1st place, and awesome goodies for all podium finishers in Rx and Scaled.
There will be 3 WODs, 1 Challenge, and 1 Final for both Rx and Scaled.
Only the captain needs to register, a questionnaire will be sent to them for the details. T-shirts and Poster included.
