Essential oils have been invaluable in supporting my body during my training, especially when I've overdone it." In this wellness workshop we're going to be making a simple muscle rub with essential oils and go over the best oils to use for some common issues associated with exercise: joint and muscle recovery tendon support lack of energy respiratory weakness motivation.
