Registration will be limited to 42 teams total.

Three WODS!

When you register - you will receive an email with a link to a google form to register your team name and t-shirt preferences. July 1st is the deadline to guarantee your preferred t-shirt color.

Women Masters 

To be considered a Master team - ages must be a combined age of 80.  Masters will use Scaled Division weights and movements.

All standards for all movements will be CrossFit standards.

We do our best to make this as inclusive as possible (for example, if there are double unders and one partner cannot complete DUs but want to be in the RX division - then the other partner can do that movement). If you are on the fence about what division is appropriate for you - send us a message.

Some workouts will be released in June- some will be released the day of competition.

Cancellation fee is $20 if done by July 1st. Non refundable after then.

Prizes for top 3 in each division
Scoring will be a point based system like the Open - no final heats

Athletes competing will be inside the gym (6 teams at a time). All other teams will be asked to set up outside. Please bring a tent or chairs. We will have snacks/drinks available to purchase.

Overflow parking is at Rogers Concrete - across the street.

Check in begins at 7AM. Athletes briefing will be at 7:45 AM. First heat of the first event will be at 8:30 AM. Heat schedules will be posted the week of the event.
