Anytime Fitness Byron - Sports Performance Camp
Our Sports Performance program is perfect for any teenage athlete that is looking to take their game to the next level. The competition is getting bigger, faster, and stronger, and we want to help your athlete standout next season. The harder your athlete trains in the off-season, the better he/she will be prepared when the season begins.
During this 10-week program student athletes will work on basic strength trianing exersices such as squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, etc. Alongside this we will foucs on speed and agility training as well as Injury risk reduction.
