Service of Remembrance

On Tuesday, December 9th, Faith Hospice invites you to gather in honor of loved ones who hold a special place in our hearts.

We will offer two services at the Van Andel Hope and Healing Pavilion at Trillium Woods (8214 Pfeiffer Farms Dr. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315).

The first service begins at 4:00 PM and will take place indoors.

The second service begins at 6:30 PM and will include optional activities for children. Following the indoor portion of this service, we will hold a tree lighting in the Garden and Prayer Walk (weather permitting).
