OPEN SPAR

We had an awesome time and a good turnout with some new faces in February. Let’s keep the same energy for March. We’ll continue to do three minute kickboxing or point fighting rounds for the whole night. Throws and sweeps are welcome with control. All schools, styles, ages, and skill levels welcome so continue to invite your friends and teammates. Spread the word and let’s have fun!
