Join us for an evening dedicated to sound, connection, and gentle inner exploration. This gathering takes place on the Southern Hemisphere Solstice — the longest day of the year — a natural moment for pausing, reflecting, and setting new directions and intentions.
During this journey, we’ll explore how sound can support relaxation, emotional release, and clarity. We begin with simple practices to help you arrive in your body: guided breath, soft movement, and practical techniques to settle the nervous system on beautiful land. Once grounded, you’ll be invited to lie down and experience a 90 minute sound journey led by Daniele, using instruments such as singing bowls, flutes, drums, and voice, blended with subtle modern soundscapes.
Inside the journey you may experience:
• Ancestral instruments: singing bowls, flutes, drums, voice
• Digital soundscapes blending subtle and cosmic layers
• Optional microdosed cacao-infused psilocybin chocolates
• Grounding allies such as Chaga or Reishi
• A deepening sense of connection with Earth’s intelligence
For those who choose, microdosed cacao-infused psilocybin chocolates are available. These are offered in very small, intentional amounts designed to enhance awareness and emotional openness rather than create strong psychedelic effects. If you prefer to stay fully grounded, you may instead enjoy Chaga or Reishi — long-known supportive mushrooms that help with calm, focus, and balance.
Whatever you choose, the emphasis is on safety, self-awareness, and moving at your own pace.
Throughout the journey, many people notice moments of stillness, insights, or a natural sense of connection — with themselves, with others, or simply with the atmosphere of the room. Nothing is forced, and there is no expectation to feel anything specific.
We finish in a closing circle, giving space to share experiences, integrate what arose, and return to a grounded state before heading home.
