She weaves, somatic healing, presence, massage and her own techniques to create heart felt healings, that help remove decay and orientate us into right relationship with the world around us. Her work is intentionally deep, and calls on the courageous; those who are longing for, or willing to create change in their lives.

This practice lab is a one day event, allowing you to drop into a held, healing space with information and care on how to commit to your own energetic healing practice, allowing us to flow in right relationship with out clients, and how we navigate the world.

A nourishing vegan meal will be served at the end.

This workshop suits anyone who has worked with the body before, and has an intermediate level of understanding of moving energy. If you are unsure, please reach out to me and we can discuss if this workshop is right for you.
