Join us for a beautiful afternoon of movement, connection, self-exploration and deep relaxation with Jennifer Genest.

Jennifer uses spoken word, music, movement, voice, sound and gentle therapeutic practices to guide you on a unique journey of self-love and self-discovery.

Through creative movement and somatic practices, you’ll be invited to connect more deeply with your body, release tension and unwind in a safe and supportive environment.

You can expect:

There will be a 15-minute break with fresh, healthy afternoon tea, giving you time to refresh, have some water and connect with others before continuing the journey.
The afternoon is intentionally divided into two parts, with the second part offering an opportunity to go deeper into connection with yourself and others through a guided, nurturing process involving gentle touch, quiet interaction and soft presence.

The afternoon is designed as a complete three-hour practice, with the second part building on the first and taking you deeper into connection with yourself and others through a guided, nurturing process involving gentle touch, quiet interaction and soft presence. The full experience is intended to be embraced from beginning to end, so participants are asked to commit to staying for the entire 1:00pm-4:00pm session.

You can move freely around the space or stay within your own personal space - there is no right or wrong way to participate. Jennifer will gently guide you, while you choose how deeply you wish to explore.

This is a beautiful opportunity to come home to yourself, connect with your body and share a nurturing experience with other women in our community.

Come with an open heart, a willingness to explore and simply be yourself.
 
What to bring & wear:

💇‍♀️ Tie your hair back if needed
👚 Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably, including movement on the floor
🧴 Please refrain from wearing perfume for the comfort of sensitive people
