Step into a deeply immersive 2 hour sensual bellydance experience designed to awaken your feminine essence, confidence, and creative expression through movement.

In this empowering workshop, you’ll explore the richness & beauty of both ancient technique and modern fusion bellydance, while learning graceful movements that cultivate total body awareness, deepened sensuality, strength, and flow. You’ll also be introduced to the enchanting art of veil dancing - a simple yet intricate trance inducing practice that brings elegance, softness, and magic to your self expression.
 
Together we will explore beautiful foundational movements alongside more layered combinations, helping you reconnect with your feminine power, intentional movement, and authentic self-expression.

This workshop is a celebration of the feminine spirit through classic foundational bellydance technique, fluid expression, and embodied movement. You’ll learn to isolate, undulate, shimmy, spin, and flow - releasing tension and stagnation from the body while building coordination, confidence, elegance and presence.

We’ll also incorporate playful drill work to help the movements settle naturally into the body with repetition while gently building cardio fitness, balance, flexibility, and strength.

Whether you are completely new to bellydance or already experienced, this space is open to all levels and all women seeking connection, expression, and joy together through dance.

Veils will be provided for use during the workshop, though you are warmly encouraged to bring your own favourite veil if you have one.

Come to connect, come to move, come to whirl, awaken, and surrender to the ecstatic flow that bellydance so beautifully evokes.

The workshop includes:

- Bellydance movement foundations (fusion - Classic Egyptian & Baladi, with a hint of modern tribal style

- Drills & simple combinations to explore your own unique essence

- Veil flow technique (veils provided)

- Core strength, balance & deep stretching

- Inspirational Middle eastern music & modern sensual music to tune into the sensual feel of this ancient & mesmerizing dance.
