I will be holding this donation based offering every week at Suffolk park main beach, end of Clifford street, @ 7 am (weather permitting)

Everyone is welcome at all ages. Bring along a friend, partner and/or parent for the perfect way to end the week/ start off the weekend. 

SOUND FREQUENCIES ARE ABLE TO...

✨ Help in addiction, chronic trauma & mental health recovery with specific sound waves that drop you into an introspective, meditative state

Or just come along for the beautiful sounds of the waves and bowls combined allowing your mind body and spirit to feel at ease.

I will be here every sunny Saturday, channeling energy through my magical bowls, no expectations, come and go as you please. Bring a journal, take a dip in the water, go for a walk, rest, mediate, read! This space if for you to BE.
