Retreat Details

4 days — Monday to Thursday
4th–9th February 2026

Training daily 10:30am – 5pm

Curriculum

Day 1:
	•	Trauma-informed foundations
	•	Embodied business mindset
	•	Give & receive coregulatory massage

Day 2:
	•	Deep dive into fascia and proprioceptive bodywork
	•	Fascia unwinding for the back body
	•	Myofascial Release + Neuromuscular Technique
	•	(Models may be invited!)

Day 3:
	•	Mapping Tensegrity: how tension forms and dissolves
	•	Fascia unwinding for the front body
	•	Soft Tissue Release + Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
	•	(Models again!)

Day 4:
	•	Integration Day: give & receive with each other
	•	Manual Lymphatic Drainage + Reflexology
	•	Crafting a 2-hour full-body unwinding massage
	•	(The hardest part is deciding whether to give or receive first!)

Daily Rhythm

9am – 10am: Alignment Yoga + Meditation
(BYO breakfast)

Meals Provided:
	•	1pm Lunch — salad, protein, bread
	•	6pm Dinner — hot vegetarian meal + fruit

8pm – 10pm: Optional fireside ritual, sharing, songs, or meditation
