Yoga for Pregnant Women

Pregnancy yoga is a perfect way to keep your body comfortable and hormones balanced as your body and baby grows, and to prepare you for the birth with specific birth positions, breathing tips, meditations and relaxation techniques. And in this process you are preparing for the Rite of Passage as you move from Maiden to Mother.

Weekly Classes commence on 28th January, 2019,  9:30 – 11am

Each class will include:

Meditation & Centering exercises

Group Sharing

Yoga postures to make pregnancy more comfortable and to prepare for birth.

Birth breathing & other birth techniques

A long Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) at the end of every class

Words of inspiration and wisdom sprinkled throughout the classes
