Vegan Middle Eastern Workshop
This special cooking class will explore a variety of Middle Eastern food with a special vegan twist!
Middle Eastern food is an expression of the eclectic diversity and passion of a vast history of peoples who revere the most ancient ceremony of feasting together.
Together we will explore the savoury flavours of aromatic spices such as sumac, za’atar and cumin along with fresh bursts of coriander, parsley, mint and lemon. There will also be tantalizing sauces and condiments to give your meal that authentic touch.
Dessert will be an opportunity to explore seductive and unique sweet ingredients such as the vibrant pomegranate, delicate rosewater and irresistible halva.
Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial kitchen in Myocum. We are able to accommodate up to 10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.
Workshops cost $150 incl GST. This payment is transferable but non-refundable.
