TONY SYME, Pancha – Tai Chi traditions, philosophy and Chinese medicine
Tony has been practicing Pancha, the ancient Balinese form of self-healing, for over 30 years. This martial arts practice involves moving the body as the five elements (Fire, Air, Water, Metal, Wood) as well as expressing these through sound and physical movement, giving the element an energy or emotion. By doing this the fourteen main meridians (energy channels) are activated and cleared. These basic but physical movements range from meditative flowing ‘yin’ forms to emotionally expressive ‘yang’ techniques.

Ancient Balinese philosophies guide the practice and offer a different view to both Ayurvedic and Taoist self-healing arts. Through the embodiment of these novel processes, participants will learn another approach to bringing greater joy into their hearts.

BEN MORRISEY, Dance Instructor and Choreographer

We are so inspired to bring you these unforgettable four days. We plan for the retreat to be FUN, relaxed and a safe place for you to explore your spirituality through these fabulous modalities. Reach outside of your comfort zone and undoubtedly leave feeling LOVE, REVITALISED AND FREE!

We can’t wait to meet you and we encourage your questions.
