We’ve made sure there is plenty of quiet time in between our scheduled workshops for you to enjoy the natural stone hot tub, cold river plunge and resort pool in the rainforest.

Where you’ll be staying is nestled in a private valley in the Byron Bay Hinterland, with a creek and private swimming holes for you to enjoy; a natural hot tub; rustic secluded cabins overlooking the Hinterland; and a swimming pool and numerous outdoor spaces for you to find yourself in. Once you arrive you wont want to leave this Paradise. The community space has a stunning wrap around verandah to soak up the view of nature and will be perfect for our group dinners and special events.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

ERIN DOCHERTY, Senior Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Erin is a natural born teacher in which allows you to feel safe and supported in your Yoga journey, no matter where you are at. She has guided thousands of people on their journey in finding inner peace, having taught multiple retreats, private sessions and thousands of classes around Australia.

Erin has worked with people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction, those effected by stroke, athletes looking to prevent injury, students managing aggressive arthritis, those challenged by anxiety, and she has supported those new to Yoga looking for tools on how to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

Erin is passionate about sharing the ancient teachings of Yoga and Meditation in a practical, modern and humorous way, allowing busy western minds to re-connect to a natural state of being. “If you can breath, you can do Yoga”


COLIN GEORGE, Singer/ Songwriter and Performer
Colin has many years experience as a professional singer, songwriter and festival director with hit songs in Europe and Brazil.

His endless enthusiasm for joy through creativity is contagious, as he works with individuals and groups in a gentle and nurturing way to bring out your inner creative.

Colin believes that everyone has a voice. He has worked with small and large groups to create pop up choirs as well as organising festivals.

He has performed in festivals around Australia including Woodford Folk Festival and Byron Bay Blues Festival.


TONY SYME, Pancha – Tai Chi traditions, philosophy and Chinese medicine
Tony has been practicing Pancha, the ancient Balinese form of self-healing, for over 30 years. This martial arts practice involves moving the body as the five elements (Fire, Air, Water, Metal, Wood) as well as expressing these through sound and physical movement, giving the element an energy or emotion. By doing this the fourteen main meridians (energy channels) are activated and cleared. These basic but physical movements range from meditative flowing ‘yin’ forms to emotionally expressive ‘yang’ techniques.

Ancient Balinese philosophies guide the practice and offer a different view to both Ayurvedic and Taoist self-healing arts. Through the embodiment of these novel processes, participants will learn another approach to bringing greater joy into their hearts.


BEN MORRISEY, Dance Instructor and Choreographer
Ben is an inspirational teacher of Cuban Dance who creates a fun, nurturing environment for others to explore and express themselves. Ben’s Cuban dance journey twirls over 20years, and includes travel to Cuba and training under Cuban Dance Star, Aloy Junco (Principal dancer and soloist of Havanna Nights and the National Folkloric Ballet of Cuba- Conjunto Folklorico).
