Can you imagine living as if the very core of your being was sacred?

Join Marybeth Truran, LMHC of Harbor Healing Arts and Ellyn Dent, RN of Ray of Light Health for next in a 6-month women’s journey to the Sacred Self, "Healthy Boundaries"!

Explore healing practices including sound and art therapy, as well as Reiki, Energy Medicine, Mindfulness, Jungian Depth and Ecopsychology in a safe space with like-hearted women.

Gain self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills.
Learn how to stand up for your beliefs and challenge the status quo.
Tackle your fears in a safe space, while learning to manage vulnerability and improve self care.

These progressive workshops occur once-monthly from November through May from 12 – 4:30'ish pm in The Healing Sanctuary, directly across the hall from Ray Of Light Health upstairs in the Wellness Wing at 1 Trowbridge Rd in Bourne, MA.
