Can you imagine living as if the very core of your being was sacred?

Join Marybeth Truran, LMHC of Harbor Healing Arts and Ellyn Dent, RN of Ray of Light Health for a 6-month women’s journey to the Sacred Self. Join us for one or all!

Explore healing practices including sound and art therapy, as well as Reiki, Energy Medicine, Mindfulness, Jungian Depth and Ecopsychology. 

Gain self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills. 
Learn how to stand up for your beliefs and challenge the status quo. 
Tackle your fears in a safe space, while learning to manage vulnerability and improve self care.

This series of workshops takes place once-monthly from November to June from 12 – 4:30pm pm I  The Healing Sanctuary, directly across the hall from Ray Of Light Health, upstairs in the Wellness Wing at 1 Trowbridge Rd, Bourne, MA.

Exchange: $150
