The Jimi Henson Experience is a live tribute to the music and creative spirit of Jim Henson and the Muppets.
The show combines acoustic musicianship with expertly crafted puppetry to create a celebration of Jim’s work that is joyful, nostalgic, and genuinely heartfelt.
The act’s popularity has grown rapidly, gaining viral attention online and an overwhelmingly positive response from audiences. Performances have taken place across a wide range of settings — including weddings, comic conventions, cinemas, and music venues — with each appearance being met with warmth, laughter, and strong emotional connections.
The show features much-loved songs from Muppet films and television led on banjo by Andy. Familiar Muppet replicas are accurately and faithfully handmade and performed by Liam. These sit alongside original puppet characters and some carefully chosen covers that feel entirely at home in the Muppet world, created and performed in the spirit of classic Henson work.
Balancing humour, nostalgia, and sincerity, The Jimi Henson Experience aspires to delight lifelong fans while remaining accessible to newcomers, sharing a bit of the magic that Jim brought to the world. Above all, it is a respectful, fan-made tribute; celebrating imagination, music, and shared joy, that continues to resonate strongly with audiences young or ‘young at heart’ wherever they appear.
The evening performance is 40 mins with a short interval.
