About the Experience
You will learn and practise:
• How to set up abseil systems safely
• How to control your descent with correct braking technique
• How to move confidently on rope under supervision
• How to manage rope systems and personal safety
Once you’re comfortable with the technique on the ground, you’ll have the chance to abseil off the bridge under instructor guidance, enjoying dramatic views and a sense of achievement.
