Event plan
✅ 7.30-8am - meet at Community Garden site (1 Barlee Road) to collect stall items and load into vehicles
✅ 8-8.30am - set up stall at venue (Capel Senior Citizens Building, Cnr Forrest and Roe Rd)
✅ 9am-1pm - run stall
✅ 1-1.30pm - pack up and return items to Community Garden site

The running of the stall is very simple as all items are generally a gold coin donation. It is a great way to meet people in the community and to hear everyone's vision or ideas for the Capel Community Garden.

If you have some time to spare to help out on the day, please let us know. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

What to bring/wear
✅ Enclosed shoes is you are assisting with event preparation or pack-up at the garden.
✅ Clothing to suit the weather on the day (our stall is outside)
✅ Gold coins (in case something at the stall takes your fancy!)
✅ Big smile - it is a fun day 😊
