She became an accredited mediator in 2022.Prior to her appointment as a Registrar, as an Associate Principal, Magistrate Hall ran a complex independent children's lawyer and dispute resolution practice. This work included undertaking mediations as well as providing family law advice and being counsel in trials.As part of her Registrar responsibilities, Magistrate Hall managed divorce lists, registrar's duty lists, readiness hearings, conciliation conferences, pre-trial conferences, contravention case assessment conferences and assessments of costs.She also continued to draw on her expertise in overseeing dispute resolution, mediating in parenting, care of children and protection orders, and supervising and mentoring less experienced practitioners.Magistrate Hall was appointed as a Magistrate of the Family Court on 21 November 2022 and has experience as the Circuit Registrar, regularly presiding in the Bunbury Circuit.1 CPD point is available in Professional Skills.South West Law Society Members - $25, Non-Members - $50
