- **Event Description**: AWARE360 is not about aggression or sport martial arts. It is an exisitng and structured education program focused on situational awareness, prevention, decision-making under pressure, reality based facts and simple, effective personal protection skills.

This 2-hour workshop is designed specifically for women of all and experience levels 17years and above, LIMITED SPOTS

No prior training is required.

You will learn concepts to:
• Recognise Dangers Early
• The psychology of targeting and how awareness changes behaviour
• How to use voice, posture and presence to project confidence
• Simple, effective physical strategies for real incidents
• Strategies to stay composed under stress

The focus of AWARE360 is realistic, respectful and supportive training in a controlled environment. Participants are never pressured beyond their comfort level, and the emphasis is on capability and clarity, not fear.

This workshop is ideal for:

• Women wanting greater personal confidence
• Mothers and daughters attending together
• High school and university students
• Women seeking practical safety skills and knowledge
• Anyone who has thought, “I should probably learn this.”
