We will cover:
💫 Nervous system regulation (the exact tools to bring their bodies back to calm)
💫 Emotional Intelligence (understanding their big emotions and what to do with them)

💫 Gratitude & Resilience
💫 Self-esteem & Self-love
💫 Challenging limiting beliefs
We will also make use of the stunning surroundings in Trench Farm as we know nature and fresh air is extremely grounding for us all ✨ The kids will visit the animals, go for a nature walk and enjoy time in the play park during their lunchbreak.
It's a day full of education through crafts, creativity, mindfulness and most importantly FUN and I can't wait to share it with your children. A day not to be missed 🥰
