GETTING TO US INFORMATION
For safety reasons, there is no parking on site including blue badge parking. We encourage our visitors to walk, use public transport, or find alternative parking in nearby car parks or streets where you can park and walk to the event safely. Parking outside on Aldenham Road is not allowed.

Q Do I need to print or download tickets?
A Before arriving to the gate, you must have your emailed order with QR codes ready for our team to scan. You DO NOT NEED to download or print tickets.

Q Do stalls, fairground rides and bars take cash and card?
A Our bars will be open and there will be a wide variety of rides and stalls, serving hot and cold drinks, burgers, fish and chips, mac ‘n’ cheese, pizzas, kebabs, wraps, Indian street food, lots of sweet treats and glow accessories!
Caterers, stalls, fairground rides and bars take both cash and card.
Q Can we bring food and drink?
A No drinks, alcohol, food or snacks are permitted to be brought onto the Metropolitan Bushey site. This is a venue policy 365 days a year. You may bring an empty bottle to fill at our water fountains.
Q Can I bring my dog?
A Not for this event, due to safety reasons.
Q Is there a sensory friendly area?
A There will be a designated Accessible Standing Viewing Area on the grounds, away from the main crowds, allowing individuals to take breaks from the sensory overload.
