Join us at this stunning rural venue, amongst beautiful grounds. Invest in reconnecting with your mind, body and soul wellbeing at this welcoming event. Focusing on improving your physical health with Pilates, and calming your mind and soul with a relaxation soundbath meditation.

• 1 hour Pilates Class

Beginners to Intermediate level options given.

Strength & Tone: Core strength, back, pelvic floor, legs and arms

Mobility and flexibility improvement (prior flexible is not essential)

Posture advice and strengthening

Supportive guidance and full observation

Ball and resistance bands used for balance and strength support

• 30-minute break for snacks, refreshments and connecting with locally like minded.

• 1 hour Soundbath Meditation

Vibrational sound immersion to calm brainwaves, soothe busy minds, and deeply relax body, mind, and soul

Deeply physically and mentally calming, with self loving inner connection

Calms busy and easily distracted minds

Using breathwork, vibtation instruments, meditation and intention-setting

Important Booking Note:
If you’d like to attend only the Soundbath, there are a few tickets available under the “Bushey Soundbaths” option on Eventbrite. Do not book the Mind & Body ticket, as this covers both the full event with Pilates and the Soundbath

Bring:

• Yoga mat (some provided, but you can bring your own)
• 1–2 cushions or pillows (head and/or knees)
• A blanket for comfort during the Soundbath

Not Suitable For:

• Pregnancy (any stage)
• Within the first 3 months postpartum, unless cleared by a medical professional
• Children until 18. Although 16-17 year olds can book with a parent or adult guardian.
• For those with severe health risk conditions (e.g. severe heart issues, stroke recovering or risk, thombotic conditions, uncontrolled symptomatic diabetes etc) — please check with your GP before booking and make the teacher aware of your condition and needs.

Accessibility Notes:

• Some seated tickets are available for the soundbath - advise the teacher in advance
• Sorry, but I am not yet qualified to support fully disability Pilates needs.
• Venues may have a slight step or lip at the entrance

If you have a contagious illness or disease (other delegates could be vulnerable) please do not book for attend.

If you have life support Medic*tion, such as an EpiPen or inhaler, you must ensure it is with you at this event and make the teacher aware.
