In November, Americans celebrate Thanksgiving, so let's make that an opportunity to bring the expat community and Korean community together to meet new people. It doesn't matter if you are an American expat, a native Korean, or a non-American expat. This event is open to all.

It will be potluck style, and everyone can bring a dish. It will be nice if we can have a blend of appetizers, meals, drinks, and desserts. I'll try to get a turkey but if anyone else wants to be in charge of that let me know.

If you need to cook something, I have a 3 burner stove, an oven, a sous vide machine, a microwave, an air fryer, and a slow cooker. If you need to cook using the slow cooker or the sous vide machine, let me know in advance ... so you can drop the ingredients off and I'll start them in the morning.

Whatever you decide to bring, please tell us so we can plan around what you want to bring. We don't want everyone to bring the same thing.

As is traditional with Thanksgiving, we'll start early so people have a lot of time to chat and cook. Feel free to invite friends that aren't part of this group. 

If you're planning on coming, please click attending. The event is more likely to get off the ground if people see that other people are coming, which causes them to click attending, which causes an upward spiral of attendance. In the past, people who wanted to go would wait to see if the event was popular, which caused nobody to join, which caused the event to not look popular, thus causing nobody to join. SO, if this is an event you are intersted in make sure to join.
