Join Abigail's Trails on Easter Saturday for a guided walk on Holcombe Moor, aiming for a perfect spot right at the top of Bull Hill for sunset. After pausing a while, having a brew and admiring the panoramic, far reaching views, we will then make our way back to our start location, carefully using headtorches to light our way.
This is a 4.5-mile circular walk of moderate difficulty, with 640ft of climb. Most of the walking will be on moorland paths or tracks, with a short section on the new paved path. There is a mix of undulating terrain on the way up, with a more gentle finish along farm track.
Well behaved, friendly (with other dogs and people), agile dogs are welcome (max. 2 per person), but please note we may encounter livestock enroute.
As with all Abigail's Trails, this is a small-group guided walk led by a professional Mountain Leader. Spaces are limited, cost £15 per person (£12 for early birds booking before 28th Feb) and must be booked in advance.
Please ensure you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and GDPR Privacy Notice prior to booking. Details of what to bring and where to meet will be emailed on booking, but please get in touch if you need further details beforehand.
