Free activity and information day for families
Stalls, crafts and entertainment from local home ed groups
A variety of business stands including private and group tuition, outdoor education and childcare providers, sport, drama, cooking, dance, music and art classes. (actual list of stallholders will be published nearer the event - we cannot guarantee representation for all of the above providers)
West Suffolk Hive CIC is a community interest company based in Bury St Edmunds, which aims to provide a safe space to encourage a connection with nature, to develop and nurture our community, and to improve wellbeing and the environment. We have been hosting the Home Ed Fair for nearly ten years, and it remains one of our favourite events each year. It is a great place to meet fellow home educating families, to ask for advice, to meet tutors and educational businesses, and to find out what is going on in our thriving home ed community.
Please book a free ticket so we have an idea of numbers on the day. You will only be contacted in case of cancellation once you have booked your ticket unless you opt in to our mailing list. There are some optional questions we would be grateful if you would answer so we can tailor these events better to the people attending in the future.
