This workshop is a practical, hands-on space to slow down and work in the present moment. Through grounding exercises, pair work, and group reflection, we’ll explore regulation, co-regulation, and how embodied awareness can support our clinical work — including work with neurodivergent clients.

This is a day of practice rather than performance. No prior somatic experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to engage.
