- **Event Description**: Join local craftswoman and spoon carver Fay Jones in the woods and hand carve your own spoons and spatulas to take home with you.

Price includes all tools and materials on the day.
We will be working outside in our purpose-built craft area, under the trees. We will start by selecting and splitting our wood, which we will then use to carve a teaspoon or dessert spoon(s) with knives and spoon knives. ( If it is particularly cold or wet, we can work inside by the woodburner ) After lunch we will use shave horses and drawknives to make a larger spoon or spatula.
Please wear suitable clothing and stout footwear.
Tea and coffee will be provided, please bring your own mug.
