Mandalas, meaning “sacred circle” in Sanskrit, have been used for centuries as a way to encourage focus, balance and a sense of inner calm.In these friendly, welcoming workshops, you’ll explore how creating simple patterns and shapes can help quiet the mind and create space for reflection. We’ll also look at the meaning behind different colours and how they can influence the mood and feel of your artwork.You can choose to follow traditional circular mandala designs or take inspiration from everyday objects around you, using the mandala style to create something personal and unique.
