Using gongs, drums, and singing bowls, this meditative experience helps to release stress, balance energy, and promote emotional and physical well-being. Vicky will energetically hold a safe and nurturing space, supporting and protecting those seeking time out to reconnect, release, and heal.

This session offers you the opportunity to set your own intention and gently explore the feelings and emotions that arise. By tuning into your inner experience, you are encouraged to take an active role in your healing, controlling your pace and journey in a way that feels right for you. This allows for a deeper sense of self-discovery in a safe and supportive space.

? What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow (for comfort)

Cost: £15.50 per person (£15.50 from April 1st 2025)

No concessions or member discounts are available for Gong Meditation sessions.
