- **Event Description**: This focused gong journey is designed for those who wish to deepen their spiritual practice through embodied sound work.
Over three months, we will meet bi-weekly for six live 1.5-hour gong baths, allowing time and space for the effects of each session to integrate and unfold. Between live sessions, you will also receive a recorded meditation to support continued integration, reflection, and grounding within your own practice.

The Intention for this group :

This container is for people who feel called to go deeper rather than faster—to listen, soften, and allow sound to work over time rather than as a one-off experience.

Working with the gong in a small, committed gathering of like minded people can:

Support deep nervous system regulation

Encourage subtle energetic and emotional clearing

Open space for insight, creativity, and inner alignment

Strengthen trust in your own inner guidance

Allow for co creation to something bigger than ourselves

Because this is a closed group, the field we create together can deepen with each session, allowing the work to become more refined and personal over time.

This journey is best suited for those who:

Already have a personal spiritual or somatic practice (e.g. meditation, yoga, breathwork, therapy, bodywork, creative or ritual practice)

Understand the importance of grounding and integration

Are able to take responsibility for their own inner process

Feel resourced enough to meet whatever may arise with curiosity and self-care

This is not an introductory gong experience, but rather an invitation to work in relationship with sound over time.

What you will receive from this:

An opening and closing Cacao ceremony to set intentions and to seal in and integrate the energy.  

Healing sessions including gongs

Bi-weekly sessions over 3 months

Recorded meditations to support your journey

A consistent group container (closed to new participants once begun)  

Live sessions will include time to arrive, settle, and ground, followed by a focussed meditation into the cacao and/or gong bath with space at the end to gently return.

A Note on Responsibility & Care

While gong baths can be deeply supportive and transformative, they can also bring awareness to underlying emotional or energetic material. Participants are asked to come with self-awareness, discernment, and appropriate external support if needed.

This work is offered as a complement to—not a replacement for—medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Second Focus group starts on the 3rd September

The exchange for the series is £200. If you’re unable to attend a session, no refund will be given for that session. But you will still receive the weekly meditations to keep you connected to the group. 

Please note there are no membership discounts for gong baths and we will need a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation before the first session starts, to be able to receive a refund.
